🚨 PSA – TRADEMARK SCAM EMAIL 🚨

We just got one of the most convincing scam emails we’ve ever seen. It claimed someone was trying to register MountainScape Creative as a trademark and that we had 48 hours to act.

If you are unsure, check!
1️⃣ Go to Law Society of NSW and search the lawyer’s name.
2️⃣ Contact them using the details on that site — NOT the email in the message.
3️⃣ Forward the email to the real solicitor — they’ll likely confirm it’s fake.
4️⃣ Check trademarks at IP Australia.
5️⃣ Report it to Scamwatch.

🚁 A Major Milestone for MountainScape Creative ✅

We're thrilled to announce that we are now officially a CASA-certified ReOC holder! 🎉

After nearly 6 years of flying, 250+ flight hours, countless missions, and more exams, assessments, and late nights than we can count — this certification marks a huge step forward for what we can now offer our clients.

What this means for MountainScape Creative:
📌 We’re fully licensed to operate independently under our own ReOC — no more relying on external operators for approvals
📌 We can hire and manage other RePL-certified drone pilots as part of our operations
📌 We’re authorised for nationwide commercial drone missions, under full CASA compliance
📌 We can now fly in controlled airspace (with approvals), operate at night, and run larger drone operations (up to 25kg multirotor)

This unlocks new opportunities across sectors like emergency response, mining, construction, real estate, media, and more.

Introducing @blackwireentertainment

What began as MountainScape Aerial Photography in 2019 has since evolved into the full-service agency you know today as MountainScape Creative. As our clients’ needs grew, so did our service offerings — expanding into photography, videography, marketing, and A/V solutions across a range of industries.

In late 2023, we took the next step by launching entertainment services. What started with content and artwork production quickly expanded into full artist branding, touring support, and end-to-end event coordination — including live show curation, artist and venue bookings, and festival support across Sydney, Wollongong, the Central Coast, and Townsville.

With a growing demand for our entertainment services and after a series of successful events delivered, it had become clear there was a need for a dedicated entity to continue to drive this momentum forward.

So with that said, we’re proud to officially launch BlackWire Entertainment — our new standalone sister entertainment agency built by musicians, for musicians.

We’re incredibly proud of the journey so far and look forward to continuing our work with the valued clients who’ve supported us along the way. At the same time, we’re excited to welcome new artists, venues, and promoters into the fold as we grow BlackWire Entertainment into a dedicated hub for high-impact live entertainment.

MountainScape Creative & BlackWire Entertainment will operate side by side, each serving their own purpose with clarity and commitment.
