Asset Inspections
Gain a clearer understanding of asset condition with detailed aerial and ground-based inspection imagery designed to support maintenance, planning and reporting.
Our asset inspection services are suitable for commercial properties, industrial facilities, infrastructure, towers, rooftops, plant, structures and other difficult-to-access areas where traditional inspection methods may be time-consuming, costly or introduce unnecessary risk.
Using high-resolution photography and video, MountainScape Creative can document visible defects, corrosion, deterioration, damage, wear and areas requiring further investigation. This provides asset owners, facility managers, contractors, insurers and maintenance teams with a clear visual record to assist with condition monitoring and informed decision-making.
Inspections can be completed as one-off assessments or as part of an ongoing monitoring program, allowing changes in asset condition to be tracked over time.

See the Detail Without the Risk
DJI Mavic 3 Pro
The DJI Mavic 3 Pro is our primary platform for detailed asset inspections, combining high-resolution imaging with powerful zoom and telephoto capability. Its multi-camera system allows us to capture fine detail from a safe stand-off distance, making it ideal for inspecting towers, structures, rooftops and other difficult-to-access assets.

DJI Mini 2 (Modified)
The DJI Mini 2 is ideal for confined and close-range asset inspections where minimal downwash is essential. Modified to an IP62 water and dust-resistant standard, its compact sub-250g airframe allows detailed access around structures and restricted spaces while still capturing high-quality inspection imagery.

Compliance and Inspection Scope
MountainScape Creative holds a Civil Aviation Safety Authority Remote Operator’s Certificate (CASA.ReOC.9272) and operates in accordance with Part 101 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR). Our roof and solar inspections are visual and observational only. We capture aerial imagery and report on visible conditions observed at the time of inspection. We do not provide structural, engineering, electrical, roofing or building advice, nor are we licensed to prescribe repairs or remediation work.
Any identified or suspected defects should be assessed by an appropriately licensed roofer, electrician, solar technician, builder, engineer or other qualified professional before repairs or further action are undertaken.
