Compliance and FPV Operations
MountainScape Creative holds a Civil Aviation Safety Authority Remote Operator’s Certificate (CASA.ReOC.9272) and operates in accordance with Part 101 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR). All remotely piloted aircraft are CASA-registered and operated by qualified Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) holders under approved safety and risk-management procedures.
Our real estate media services include professional photography, videography and aerial imagery. All drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, site suitability and a pre-flight risk assessment.
FPV flights conducted indoors, through structures or near buildings and property involve an increased risk of accidental contact or damage.
Before any FPV operation proceeds, the property owner or authorised property manager must provide written permission and sign a risk acknowledgement, waiver and indemnity accepting the inherent risks of the approved flight, to the extent permitted by law. MountainScape Creative reserves the right to modify or decline any flight considered unsafe. Nothing in this statement excludes any rights, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
