Our project documentation services are designed for construction, infrastructure, development and commercial projects, providing reliable visual records of site conditions, progress, key milestones and completed works.
MountainScape Creative can capture scheduled ground and aerial imagery throughout the life of a project, helping support stakeholder updates, reporting, marketing, compliance records and internal documentation.
Long-term timelapse can also be integrated to create a complete visual history of the build, while regular progress photography provides detailed reference points for each stage.

From Groundbreaking to Handover
DJI Mavic 3 Pro
The DJI Mavic 3 Pro is our primary platform for professional construction aerials, delivering high-resolution photography and video for project documentation, site progress, inspections, stakeholder updates and commercial reporting across complex operating environments.
DJI Air 2S
The DJI Air 2S is our versatile secondary platform for construction projects, providing backup capability, second-camera coverage and dedicated timelapse capture for progress documentation and site monitoring.
Compliance and Project Documentation
MountainScape Creative holds Remote Operator’s Certificate CASA.ReOC.9272 and operates in accordance with Part 101 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998. All aircraft are CASA-registered and operated by qualified RePL holders.
Our project documentation captures visible site conditions and progress through photography, video and aerial imagery. It does not constitute engineering, surveying or construction certification.
The client must ensure all onsite personnel wear the required PPE/PPC and comply with applicable WHS and site-safety requirements. MountainScape Creative is not responsible for footage made unusable by non-compliance. Any required removal, correction, additional editing or reshoot falls outside the quoted scope and will incur additional costs.
